Since 2023, the UOB Heartbeat Programme has aimed to set up five computer labs over five years for students across Mekong Delta region, in partnership with Saigon Children’s Charity CIO.
The initiative has provided computer labs to over 1,000 students in An Giang province, giving them access to essential digital tools and a more supportive learning environment where they can learn skills, gain confidence and be ready for the digital era.

Since 2007, the event has raised more than $23.3 million in 18 markets globally, helping communities in need as well as supporting activities with a focus on arts, children and education.
With the message #keepthegoodgoing, the UOB Heartbeat Run has been held annually in Vietnam for the past seven years. Through its main race events and community-driven activities, the programme has raised over 2.2 billion VND to support the underserved communities across the country.
